This week I have been experimenting on my Wontons and have recently found a great balance in my Sweet Ginger & King Prawn fried parcels. I served it with Coconut and Sesame rice, Japanese Mayo & Steamed Spinach. 

They make a great starter to a sit down meal and I am contemplating making a steamed Gyoza version as part of my working tasting menu!
